Artist Submission Terms

1. Purpose

The Join Our Network application process is intended to help us evaluate musicians, ensembles, DJs and artistic projects for potential inclusion within our professional network.

Submitting an application does not create any contractual relationship between the applicant and the agency.

2. No Guarantee of Representation or Work

Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the network, representation by the agency or the offer of future engagements.

The agency reserves the right to accept, decline or remove applications at its discretion.

3. Accuracy of Information

Applicants are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted is accurate and up to date.

This includes contact details, biographies, promotional materials, availability and any other information provided during the application process.

4. Promotional Materials

Applicants retain full ownership of all photographs, videos, recordings, logos and promotional materials submitted to the agency.

By submitting such materials, applicants grant the agency permission to review, store and present them to prospective clients when relevant to a booking enquiry.

Ownership and copyright remain with the original creator or rights holder.

5. Use of Information

Information submitted through the application process is used solely for internal evaluation, artist curation and the presentation of suitable artists to prospective clients.

The agency does not operate a public directory of artists and does not sell or distribute applicant information to third parties.

6. Availability and Bookings

Inclusion within the agency's network does not guarantee availability for any specific engagement.

All bookings remain subject to artist availability, event requirements and mutual agreement between all parties involved.

7. Data Removal

Applicants may request the correction or removal of their information from the agency database at any time.

The agency also reserves the right to periodically remove inactive or outdated records.

8. Professional Standards

The agency seeks to maintain high standards of musical quality, professionalism, reliability and personal conduct.

Acceptance into the network may be reviewed at any time if these standards are no longer met.

9. Contact

Any questions regarding applications, artist representation or submitted materials may be directed through the contact information provided on this website.
