Booking Terms & Conditions

1. General

These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings and services arranged through SonAura Signature.

By confirming a booking, the client agrees to these terms.

2. Quotations

All quotations are provided based on the information available at the time of enquiry.

Quotes remain valid for the period specified and may be subject to revision if event requirements change.

3. Booking Confirmation

A booking is only considered confirmed once written confirmation has been received and any required deposit has been paid.

Until confirmation is received, artist availability cannot be guaranteed.

4. Artist Availability

All artist recommendations and bookings are subject to availability.

In the unlikely event that an artist becomes unavailable due to illness, emergency or circumstances beyond their control, the agency will make every reasonable effort to provide a suitable replacement.

5. Changes to the Event

Any significant changes to the event, including venue, timings, performance requirements or programme details, should be communicated as soon as possible.

Additional costs may apply where changes substantially affect the agreed service.

6. Cancellations

Cancellation terms may vary depending on the nature of the booking and the artists involved.

Any cancellation must be submitted in writing.

Deposits may be non-refundable once a booking has been confirmed.

7. Force Majeure

Neither the agency nor the artists shall be held responsible for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, transportation disruption, illness or other unforeseen events.

8. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate event information and ensuring reasonable access, performance space and any agreed facilities required for the artists to perform safely and professionally.

9. Payments

Payment schedules, deposits and final balances will be specified within individual booking agreements and quotations.

10. Limitation of Liability

The agency acts as a professional intermediary between clients and artists and will take all reasonable steps to ensure the successful delivery of services.

Liability shall be limited to the value of the booking agreement where permitted by law.
